Deposit and Payment
A 70% deposit is required before any order will commence. Payment in full is expected when the order is complete and before we release the order for shipping. We accept cash, online payments, EFT’s. If a completed order is not paid for within 10 business days an additional financing charge will apply. All unpaid orders will remain the property of TA Creations.
Typical turnaround time is 7 working days from the time that a 70% deposit is collected and art mock-ups are approved with a signature or via email.
Turn time on larger orders may require a longer time to produce. Please inquire about our current turn time on larger orders. For orders being couriered nationwide an additional 3 days will be required before your order is delivered.
Printing and Branding
It is the customers responsibly to make sure the artwork mock-ups are correct when approving printing. TA Creations take no responsibility for artwork that has been approved by our customers wrongfully. We advise all our customers to verify size of products being ordered as TA Creations holds no responsibility if correct size ordered. No Refunds or Returns after products have been branded.
TA Creations offers its eligible full-time regular employees 9 paid holidays each calendar year. These holidays are not working days for us so please consider this in regards to turnaround time and rush charges.

Orders placed after December 12 through December 24 is subject to a 15 day turnaround time.
